How to enable auto synchronization with the QuickBooks Desktop Sync app

The GoToMyAccounts QuickBooks Desktop Sync app has an auto synchronization feature that can be enabled. The following are the steps for setting this up and enabling.

  1. Open the Sync App
  2. Go to the Sync Scheduler tab

  3. Choose a schedule type (interval or specific times)
    For interval type, choose the interval type and the interval. Click "Save Setings"

  4. For specific times schedule type, enter one or more specific time(s) to run sync, and then click "Save Settings"

  5. After setting (and saving) the Sync Scheduler options, go back to the Synchronization tab and enable Auto Synchronization by clicking the checkbox.

  6. Once enabled, you should see the next sync metrics.
