How can I cancel my portal account?
If you need to cancel a portal account, please request cancellation from the super user account. You can do this via email or using the in-app chat widget (bottom right of screen).
We will be adding a method in the Account Plan page soon so this can be done without having to contact us directly.
Why is (was) there a need to contact support in order to cancel?
We need to add a method in the cancellation process so that this action includes a confirmation from the portal's primary staff user account and also directs us when to actually affect the cancellation.
Note: For your privacy protection, cancellations are not reversible. Unless you request otherwise, all data will be removed from the account including customer lists, transactions, saved payment methods, logs, user logins/passwords.
